TPQ

The TPQ is a practical tool that shows teams what they are doing well and what they can do better. The TPQ is a field-tested, self-scoring tool, based on extensive research on team leadership and team development. This quick, but comprehensive program presents a Team Performance Model that describes a set of six characteristics that distinguish high-performing teams from average or low performing teams. The TPQ assesses team performance using the six characteristics described in the model:

- Goals and Results

- Collaboration & Involvement

- Competencies

- Communication Processes

- Emotional Climate

- Leadership

Time Needed

10 to 15 minutes to complete the questionnaire, 10 to 15 minutes to score, 2 to 3 hours for the workshop.
