Team Buildings

TEAM BUILDINGS is a team development exercise in which the participants (12-40) are divided into teams that must learn to collaborate within their team, while competing with the other teams. Their task is to design and create architectural structures. Some structures require the teams to meet specific customer requirements, while using their combined creative, design, manufacturing and marketing skills. Team Buildings is a dynamic, exciting, fun-filled simulation, which teaches and rewards teamwork.

A CD contains a Facilitator Guide for setting up and conducting the simulation, Ppt slides, and instructions for creating a prototype. Also included are role cards and four team packets with architectural paper designs, scissors, glue guns, magic markers, rulers, and pencils.
