	All parties involved agree upon all goals and objectives and desired outcomes. This includes the client, his or her immediate supervisor, Human Resources and Leadership Solutions.
	These desired outcomes are measurable.
	The person being coached is ready, willing and able to commit to the process.
	The client allows Leadership Solutions all reasonable access to appropriate data, people and meetings (team, department and matrix.)
	The client provides honest and timely feedback regarding the effectiveness of the coaching.
